Miniature Contacts
Miniature contacts are manufactured with platinum group materials using
plastic working. Miniature contacts are mainly applied to weak current uses
needing high reliability, e.g. governor contacts for micromotos, etc. The
materials are PGS, GS, Au-Ni, Rd-Ru, Ag-Pd, Pt-Ir, etc. For projection forms,
contact TANAKA.
Standard Dimensions of Button Type Contacts
Button type contacts are composites where the contact materials are clad
to Cu or Cu alloy base materials, having adequate forms and dimensions.
They are welded on spring materials or a bimetal basis. Normal projection
forms include the following.
